The Red Devils bats came alive against the Titans and Gators.

Seaver Whalen went 3-3 at the plate including a 2 run Homer in the 6th, sparking the Devils (15-7) to a 10-7 victory over the Titans (14-8) on Saturday at Minnitti Field .  Joel Worden recorded his third win of the year allowing only two runs over four innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered three hits. Jake Bakamus went 2 for 5 with 2 RBI's.

After winning at Minnitti Field the Devils hopped on the Red Devils Express and went over to the RAC in Lacey, WA to take on the Green River Gators, a game that had been rescheduled from Friday 4/3 due to rain. The Devils continued right where they left off in Tacoma getting 11 runs on 11 hits and defeating the Gators 11-0. An RBI single by Chris Rogers, a two-run single by Rogers, and an RBI single by Rory Graf-Brennen in the first inning and an RBI triple by Seaver Whalen and an RBI single by Jake Bakamus during the second inning helped Lower Columbia put some runs on the board early. Conner Switzer boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate. He singled in the second and third innings and doubled in the fifth. Alex Torson improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for LCC. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered five hits.

With these two wins Lower Columbia stands at the top of the west region with a record of 5-0, 16-7. The Devils are back home on Saturday, April 11 for a DH against the Grays Harbor Chokers. First pitch is at 1:00 pm.
