Box Score The Red Devils ran out of gas.
The 2015 season concluded on Monday March 2nd with a 67-60 loss at Green River. It was a West Region tiebreaker with the winner gaining an NWAC berth and the loser out.
The game started promising for the Red Devils as they jumped out to a 16-2 lead. The Gators chipped away and cut the deficit to nine at halftime.
Green River supplied constant, physical pressure and it forced the Devils into turnover mode down the stretch. LCC had 19 miscues in the game.
In his final game as a Red Devil, Michael Dupree had 17 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. Fellow sophomore Taylor Drey had 13 points and four boards in his LCC finale. Jeremy Burright had four points and five rebounds in his last game for the Devils.

It was an interesting year with plenty of highlights and some painful lowlights including Monday's loss. The Devils had to practice at 10 pm many nights before the renovation of Myklebust Gym was complete. It was never used as an excuse. Another highlight was the 500th win in the career of head coach Jim Roffler, achieved on the first game back in the new gym.
With plenty of talented freshman coming back and some exciting commitments for next season, the Devils will be back.
The team would like to thank the loyal fans for again being there to support the squad.
Denied a 37th trip to the NWAC tournament (36 is an NWAC record), the Devils will work hard to get back in 2016.
